About
An Le is an accomplished pianist with over twenty years of experience in piano performance. She uses her skills in improvisation, sight-reading, playing by ear, and modulation in the musical pieces she performs. She has also created her own hymn arrangements and worked on an original hymn composition.
Playing the piano has always been one of her favorite hobbies and greatest passions. Upon listening to her father play the instrument during her childhood, she was mesmerized by the beautiful sound and soon after began taking piano lessons.
An has been serving in the music ministry at her church since 2007, where she plays congregational hymns and offertory music, as well as accompaniments for choirs and small group ensembles. She also plays the piano for weddings, funerals, holiday concerts, and cantatas, as well as for veterans and nursing home residents. Before her college years, she performed at benefit concerts to raise funds for a local library and food bank. Overall, An desires to use her musical ability to minister to her church family and reach people in the community.
